What City do you service?

Do you furnish the cleaning supplies?
Yes. We furnish everything needed to clean your home. We use only the finest and safest cleaning products for your home. If you would like us to use your products please let us know.

Will I have the same cleaning person each visit?
Yes. You will have the same cleaning professional for each visit. We know how important it is to have someone you know and trust cleaning your home.

Do I need to be home the day of cleaning?
No. It is not necessary to be home while we are cleaning. However, we leave this entirely up to your preferences.

How will you enter my home on my scheduled days of cleaning?
We leave this up to you, whatever you feel most comfortable with.

  1. You may give us a key.
  2. You can give us the code to the garage.
  3. You can leave a set of keys with your neighbor.
Please provide the contact details where we have to pick up the keys from including a name and a telephone number we will collect the keys, do the job and then return the keys to the initial collection address or post them back through the letterbox. Please note that we may charge you $10.00 if keys have to be picked up from a different postal code.

What if I am not satisfied with your cleaning?
Your complete satisfaction is very important to us. That is why we offer a 24 hour guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your home cleaning, just simply give us a call within 24 hours of your cleaning and we will return to re-clean the area you are dissatisfied with, at no cost to you.

How and when do I pay for my cleaning services?
We require payment at time of service for a one time clean, or we can charge your credit card for maintenance plans.

Are you insured?
Yes. We have a comprehensive public liability cover. Our insurance policy will cover any accidental damages to your property caused by our cleaners.

Are your cleaners insured?
Yes, all of our cleaners are covered by our comprehensive public liability cover.

What are your office working hours?
Our service team will take your calls from Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm. If you leave a message they will respond within 24 hours.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, and Cash.
